Michigan Projects
Over the last 4 years, 5 manufactured home community development projects have been undertaken and are in various stages of phased completion by the Four Leaf Development team.
Those include a ground up greenfield development project where a large 300+ site new manufactured home community is entitled, engineered and developed. It also includes several expansion projects, large and small, requiring extensive entitlement and engineering to a complete. A massive redevelopment project where an aging, failing community was scraped, rebranded, rebuilt and reinvented is also underway.
The projects vary in scope and timing, but all have required financing, entitlement work, planning and construction management. Once phased construction development nears completion, pre-selling launches and the infill platform is turned on.
