Overview

• The Wauseon, Ohio project has three phases beginning with infilling 10 existing home sites. While the road and infrastructure existed for the Phase 1 cul du sac, lots needed to be prepared and homes ordered. Phase 1 was complete in 10 weeks, with all homes sold.
• A second phase included new roads, infrastructure and the building out of 28 new home sites. The 8 week development project will be complete in early Summer of 2022. Phase 2 homes have premium wooded lots and will consist of multisection homes, many with drywall and front porches. 
• Final phase 3 entitlement is underway with discussions regarding the 25 acres across the road from the existing community and an additional 50 home sites.
• All home orders are aligned with market needs for both families and downsizers. New home buyers are attracted to the property from all over the greater Toledo MSA.
