Overview

• The Goshen Indiana project added 27 home sites to an existing 55+ active community of 178 sites. Situated halfway between Elkhart and Goshen, the community offers convenient access to both cities. The established golf cart community included an amenity package with a clubhouse, shuffleboard and horseshoe courts and an outdoor patio/firepit gathering space. 
• The manufactured home community expansion project included entitlement, engineering and construction phases. 
• The home sites were added around a new loop road with wooded perimeter premium lots and interior ring lots. All home lots added were 50X100 lots.
• All homes ordered/sold were selected based on community/market demographic. Homes offered optional sliding doors/deck/garage packages. Selected homes offered approximately 1500 square feet of living space with yards and off-street parking.
• Thirteen homes were pre-sold within 8 weeks of launch.
